IMPORTANT NOTICE!
The Board has recently decided to take the services of PMI North Atlanta as an Accounting only Management Company and are near completion of the transition process. This initiative helps establish accounting best practices and improve overall financial reporting/health. It also allows the Board to focus on big picture, non-transactional issues while keeping a sound oversight on our finances. One of the many steps taken to transition to the management company, was to change the way fees are collected. We see many of you have already used the new method to make the payments for the July assessments. If you have not received your July Assessment invoices by now, please reach out to the treasurer ([email protected]) and we'll make sure you get a copy right away. The prior method of payment through our webpage (www.windermereparkhoa.com) has been disabled. If any autopay is setup on the website, please make appropriate changes. The only two ways to submit from now on are either:
There is also a change in process to pay for amenities cards: Step 1 - Homeowner to submit a request by filling the form on the HOA website (https://www.windermereparkhoa.com/p/Amenities-Access-Card-Request ). Step 2 - Send in a check to Lockbox: Windermere Park c/o PMI North Atlanta, Step 3 - The request will be processed at the back end and a key card will be issued on completion of due diligence on the account. For now, we are still collecting payments through our own webpage for this matter, but this will be disabled in another 30 days. Thanks for your cooperation on this transition and we are sorry for any inconvenience. It is the board's firm belief that this change will be a big improvement for our future and hopefully every fellow homeowner will see it the same way. As always, feel free to reach out with any questions on this or any other matter to the board. Best Regards |
